DDoS: Hacktivists Preparing Phase 4?
Experts say distributed-denial-of-service attacks
against U.S. banks are not over, despite what's now been a two-month
cease-fire by the hacktivist group Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Cyber Fighters.
Security vendors tell me the hacktivist group's botnet is growing. And
when these attacks do resume, they won't be easy to fight.
This next wave of DDoS attacks will be different from what we have seen in earlier waves of attacks, dating back to mid-September 2012, researchers believe. As a result, many of the mitigation strategies and defenses banks have in place could prove ineffective.
Luckily, information about new code added to Brobot, al-Qassam's botnet, is being shared behind the scenes among banking institutions. Now, banks and DDoS-mitigation providers are just waiting for what will be the fourth phase of DDoS to strike.

The Attack to Charles Schwab for Second Frequent Day
The used methods in attack to this bank, which have reflected in Reuters, Fox business and others, is like DDoS attacks that Al-Qassam group has been launched during recent months against the U.S. banks.
Anyway, by publishing the next statement of Al-Qassam group, it will be emerged that whether the Charles Schwab has targeted of an attack of this group or not?

The Continual disruptions in the U.S. Banks
Of course the previous day, Wells Fargo bank faced with problems. The cyber attacks to the U.S. banks have been continued by special different groups such as Izz ad-Din al-Qassam and this issue has been troubled both the customers and the owners of the banks heavily.

The Cyber Attack to the Regions Bank
The reports have shown that the cyber attacks to the banks and financial institutions of the U.S. have been continued today. There have been many users’ reports in sitedown.co regarding to inaccessibility of the U.S. banks.
According to these reports, the Regions Bank has gotten out of reach due to Qassam group’s attacks and thus can’t offer its Online Services to the customers.
The Qassam group had announced that the only way for stopping the cyber attacks is removing the insulting film from the internet. Now, it seems that the time has arrived in order for the film “innocence of muslims” to be removed from the internet.

The Wells Fargo and BB&T banks today have gotten out of reach due to Izz ad-Din al-Qassam’s attack
Several hours ago and after Qassam’s attack, the BB&T and wells Fargo have gotten out of reach. The authorities efforts have been without any result and the banks haven’t been able to prevent against Qassam group’s attacks. The Qassam group’s attacks will be continued till to complete removing of the film “Innocence of Muslims” from the internet.
And anything wouldn’t be able to prevent the continuation of attacks to the U.S. banks.

The Second Blow of Al Qassam Group Disables Bank of America Site
Al Qassam Group’s unrelenting attacks on U.S. banks still continue and the targeted banks can not deal with these attacks. A few seconds ago, Qassam Group in their last attack disabled Bank of America site. Currently the site is not available. Qassam Group’s attacks on U.S. banks and financial institutes still continue and nothing is able to stop these attacks except removal of that offensive film from the Internet.
This question should be asked from the authorities: Is not it time to stop these attacks?
7th Week of Operation Ababil's Second Phase Starts
Al Qassam Cyber Fighters have announced in their new statement they'll continue to attack to U.S. banks on the seventh consecutive week. In this statement, like the recent ones, also an analysis about the offensive anti-Islam films on YouTube draws attention to itself. In addition, the statement mentions the heavy losses incurred by the U.S. banks in dealing with these attacks.

During last week the below list of 3 banks and/or financial services were being chosen as target:
