بيان حلف الفضول في الذكرى الأولى لبدء نشاطاته
أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ
سورة الحج – الآية 39
السلام على كل أحرار العالم و خاصة المسلمين في كل مكان، و نبارك لكم حلول شهر رمضان المبارك.
نتمنى في هذا الشهر الفضيل أن نسعى لنصبح أكثر كمالاً و إدراكاً و وعياً و نأمل أن تتآلف قلوب و أفئدة مسلمي العالم و كل الأحرار أكثر و أكثر حتى يزول أساس الظلم في هذا العالم.
لقد مرت قرابة السنة حتى الآن على ولادة حلف الفضول، حيث شهد العالم على حدوث وقائع عديدة . نذكر منها على سبيل المثال: هجوم الصهاينة على شعب غزة الأعزل، قتل المسلمين في سوريا، ميانمار، باكستان و ... ، الإساءة لرسول الإسلام في الفيلم المسيء، سعي القوى الظالمة للحفاظ على الأنظمة الفاسدة أو حرف مسار الحراك الشعبي و ضخ الدولارات السعودية، القطرية و ... .
و كما أعلن حلف الفضول منذ السنة الماضية، فإنه حاول دعم المجموعات التي إتخذت طريق الكفاح ضد الظلم و الفساد طريقاً لها ليوصل صوت تلك المجموعات إلى العقول الصاحية، و ليساعد المجموعات التي تنشط ضد أنظمة الحكم الإستبدادية في العالم لتنال حريتها و استقلالها، و أن تملك كل أمة حق تعيين مصيرها بنفسها.
كنا في هذا الطريق مع أصدقاء أعزاء واكبوا حلف الفضول في طريق طلب العدالة و الحرية و هنا علينا أن نقدم لهم جميعاً كل الشكر و الإحترام. مجموعة آنونيموس، مجموعة آنونيموس السعودية، الجيش السوري الإلكتروني، مجاهدي عز الدين القسام الإلكترونيين، ناشطي عمليات OpISRAEL و OpUSA ، سيف العدالة القاطع، إنتفاضة الديجيتال و كل الأشخاص الذين خطوا أقدامهم على درب العدالة. نأمل في هذه السنة أن تنضم مجموعات أكثر إلى هذا الركب لنشهد عالماً تملؤه المساواة ، السلام، المحبة و العدالة.

First Anniversary proclamation of Hilf-ol-Fozoul
Those who a war is imposed on them are given the chance of offering Jihad. Because they are under oppression and of course God is hard mighty on making their victory.
Surah Hajj-verse 39
With regard to all free people particularly Muslims around the world and happy Ramadan.
We hope we move in the way of becoming acquainted and perfect men and we hope hearts of the Muslims and all people in search of liberty come closer together, and roots of oppression will be destroyed in the world.
Now one year is being passed since Hilf-ol-Fozoul got birth and the world looked on many events during this period of time. Israel attack on defenseless people of Gaza, massacre of people in Syria, Pakistan, and Myanmar and etc. insolence toward Prophet of Islam in a disdainful movie, incubus powers efforts to save corrupt regimes or their job to mislead movements made and backed by the people, and casting Saudi-Qatari dollars in order to make their planes on go, was among those events.
As the Hilf-ol-Fozoul announced one year before, it putts effort and tries to support groups which fight against injustice and oppression to load their voice up and make awake minds and hearts hear it, and it tries to help groups fighting against autocratic regimes to gain their independence and try their nation to make their fate themselves.
In this field, we were with the friends who cooperated with Hilf-ol-Fozoul in the field of asking for justice and liberty, and we thank them all. Group Anonymous; group Saudi Anonymous, Cyber Army of Syria, Izz-ad-Din al-Qassam Cyber fighters, those involved in operation OpISRAEL and operation OpUSA, justice enraged sword, digital Intifada, and all walked on justice path. We hope more groups in search of liberty will be attached to this movement to get the world full of equality, peace, friendship, and justice.
We ask almighty God to help us to offer our duty in fight for justice and against oppression in this hard field.

Mali: French troops begin land assault

Al-Qassam Group is aiming U.S. Banks: 53 Bank and Capital One, Two Another Targets
Today, Qassam Group in an unprecedented attack has disabled 5 big banks of the United States.
53 and Capita One banks were 4th and 5th targets of Qassam's today attack. It is not known how many other banks in U.S. will be hunted by al-Qassam Group. Attacks will be over only if the film is removed.

In the early moments of the third day of Qassam Cyber Fighters attack, PNC Bank was made out of reach completely.
Qassam Group has declared that attacks on US banks and financial institutes will continue until the offensive video is removed from the Internet.

البيان الجديد لعز الدين القسام
لقد خاضت مجموعة عز الدين القسام في بيانها الأخير في شرح أسباب هجماتها الأخيرة على البنوك الأمريكية و أعلنت إستعدادها لإجراء مقابلة على الإنترنت
كما تعلمون فإن عمليات الأبابيل هي إنتقام كردّ على الإهانة المنظمة لرسول الإسلام (ص) من قبل بعض الدول الغربية الإستكبارية، بالطبع هذا الإنتقام ليس عادلاً إذ أن حياة هؤلاء المستكبرين لا تملك أي قيم إنسانية خاصة في حين أن المال و العنف و الجنس هم الأشياء القيمة الوحيدة لهؤلاء الملاعين.
في الإسبوع الماضي تم إستهداف بنوك HSBC , BB&T , CAPITALONE . و أكدنا سابقاً بأن هذه الهجمات تهدف لحجب خدمات البنك مؤقتاً طوال اليوم و ليس في برنامجنا أي سرقة أو تحويل للأموال و مجموعتنا ليست مسؤولة عن هذه الأشياء في حال وقوعها. نحن نقوم كل يوم بإعطاء عطلة إجبارية لكل الموطفين و الزبائن في إحدى البنوك، لذلك ألا نستحق الشكر على هذا؟
لقد أشار بانيتا في كلامه إلى الأخطار الإلكترونية المحدقة كالهجوم على مرافق الماء و الكهرباء و خروج القطارات عن سككها و مثل هذه الأشياء. برأينا إن كلام السيد بانيتا أتى لتشويه الرأي العام و للدفاع عن أصحاب الإستثمارات البنكية و هدفه من هذا التخلص من العبء الذي لحق بهم و وضعه على عاتق الشعب. هذه هي الخدعة المعتادة للرأسمالية حيث تضغط على الشعب و تستغله من أجل المحافظة على مصالح فئة قليلة.
و من الممكن أن يقوم الصهاينة أنفسهم بإحداث أضرار في مرافق الماء و الكهرباء و من ثم يقولون أن الفاعل هو مجموعة عز الدين القسام. لقد قاموا بمثل هذا العمل سابقاً في أحداث 11 سبتمبر. لذا فلتكفوا عن هذه الحماقات و أعطوا أوامركم فقط بحذف الفيلم المهين من الإنترنت!.

Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Cyber Fighters Group in its last statement has explained the reasons of its recent attacks on US banks and has announced its preparation for an interview on internet.
As you know, Operation Ababil is a retaliation in response of organized insulting to the Prophet of Islam done by some arrogant western governments.
However, this is not a fair fight because these governments don`t have any specific human values in their lives.
Money, violence & sex are only things that are worthwhile for these unfortunates.
Last week the Capital One, BB&T and HSBC banks were attacked. We have already stressed that the attacks launch only to prevent banking services temporarily throughout the day & there is no stealing or handling of money in our agenda. So if others have done such actions we don`t assume any responsibility for it.
Every day we are giving a compulsive break to all employees of one of the banks & it`s customers.
Mr. Panetta has noted in his remarks to the potential cyber threats such as attacking on Power & Water Infrastructures, running off trains from the tracks & etc.
On our opinion, these Panetta's remarks are for distracting the public opinion &in support of the owners of the bank`s capital. He is going to put the existing pressure toward the people. This is capitalism`s usual trick. That they put too many people under pressure and exploitation for benefits of just a few people.
It is likely that even Zionists cause damages to US power, water and aviation facilities and then claim that Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Cyber Fighters Group has done it. They had done such action already on 9/11 story.
So please stop these nonsense and just order the officials to remove the insulting video from internet.
Due to approaching Eid al-Adha and to commemorate this breezy and blessing day, we will stop our attack operations during the next days. Instead, we are going to have an interview with one of the American media and press about our ideas and positions.
